What happens
- We reply within 24 hours to say we got it.
- Rants naming a private individual come down on request. We do not ask you to justify it.
- Rants about companies, brands, public bodies and public figures acting in public roles are read case by case — that is what this site is for.
- Anything sexual, threatening, or impersonating someone comes down immediately, whoever it names.

What we know about who posted it
Almost nothing, by design. No accounts, no names, no email addresses. We never store IP addresses — only the country a rant came from, and a one-way hash of a random browser cookie. We cannot tell you who wrote something, because we do not know.
